The TWC awards five scholarships each year as well as a contribution to the Hugh O'Brien Youth Leadership Program. With a membership of about eighty, the organization raises money each year to gift to worthy applicants.

The Ruth L. Green Scholarship  is awarded to a third, fourth year or graduate student from the University of Arizona.

The Shirley Basel U.A. Nursing Scholarship is restricted to second year students from the College of Nursing at the University of Arizona.

The Dore Teter-Helen Lott U.A. Music Award  is restricted to the talented students from the School of Music at the University of Arizona.

There is also an award presented to a high school senior girl who has been accepted by the UA for the following year.   The winning school is determined by an alphabetical rotation of schools.  A student from Sabino High School was awarded it this year.   Her award will also be available to her at registration in the fall.

Pima Community College was awarded one scholarship this year.  This is restricted to second year students only.
